Great new cafe and addition to Polk Street. Coffee quality sets Upfordayz apart from other coffee shops. The cup even touts the extreme attention to details roasting and preparing the beans. I also enjoyed their pastries which are frequently freshly baked. Pastries also include some fun, novelty combinations (KitKat croissant) that I haven't tried yet. Interior is clean with an industrial design and gets great sunlight in the morning.

Everything works here: Fresh foods for a tasty breakfast or lunch; business noshes, team food take-out. Freshly baked and designed pastries, knock-out fine seed sticks. Juices that energize or calm, take your pick. Since they've opened, my family and I and my work team and I have enjoyed every sip and bite. We haven't tried the whole cakes. We're satisfied and full from the other delectable items on the menu. The coffee beans are roasted with UpForDaz's multi-generational experience and expertise. Any coffee beverage has this rich-roasted, smooth complement. And notice the bread...it's baked fresh in the back. You can't find avocado toast selections so thoughtfully put together. The toast is chewy and light. We were able to time an afternoon being in the store when they had a whole loaf of their bread left to sell. We felt like we had hit the lotto! This Fabulous Family cares to be there for us. They walk their write. In these days of loss of listening skills, loss of desire to serve, and barely any eye contact with the customer, let alone gratitude for repeat customers, Mousa, RoRo, and MariMar's family values are even more apparent. In fact, these 24/7 values sit like a huge neon banner over this City. We thank you, UpForDaz!

One of the best cafes I have been in SF so far. You can get your work done. The popular banana iced coffee was really nice and the pasteries are fresh and tasty. Definetly would recommend for any friend meetings or just doing some work!

Nice cafe to get some work done! Plenty of seating and the vibe is nice and chill. We had a coffee and a croissant and I think they bake everything there. Nothing crazy or special about the place but they make decent pistachio croissants and the staff is friendly. Will be back to work here! They also have plug points!

Funky, little spot on the corner! I visit this cafe early on a Saturday morning before the rush. The service is so friendly, and they have a great menu with many healthy options. Very clean. Also a fun music playlist! I order a dirty chai w/ oat milk (12oz) and try the pistachio strawberry cake. (Around 13 for both). The presentation is lovely, and the taste caused me to slow down as I truly appreciate all the flavors and work that must have gone into baking it. It is a very genuine experience full of good intentions. Thank you!

Lovely place with lots of light, freshly baked in-house sweet treats, amazing deliciously looking desserts, vegan options like bowls, salads, drinks. Amazing authentic chai (not diluted), freshly squeezed juices. They do have soy, oat milk etc. As far as I’m aware one vegan dessert which is carrot coconut something balls that looked fresh and healthy, I’ll try next time! Kind people and friendly service! You can also bath in the sun outside! My bowl had protein not only from tofu, but quinoa, edamame; super healthy kale, good fats from olives, roasted red bell peppers and fresh radishes! All ingredients in my tofu bowl tasted perfect with the right amount of seasoning and vinaigrette, also tofu was warm which is so nice). I usually don’t like quinoa but this bowl was well-balanced. I saw other people eating salads and they were looking hearty and generously portioned. Overall all their bowls looked to me nutritionally well-balanced, love this place!

The staff here this morning was so welcoming - they greeted me as I walked in and the man who took my order complimented my sweater. It’s the little nice things that go a long way. Very clean establishment and great quality food! I will be back :)

My first time here and I think that I like it. I ordered a Chicken Chipotle Sandwich (which is very good) and a White Blueberry Tea iced. I love anything with blueberry. And it was delicious. The only negative thing I can say is that I was wanting to have something in addition to my sandwich like french fries, perhaps some potato chip or even soup but they didn’t have any of those items. The manager spoke with me and said that next week they would be able to offer sides (I think he said chips) with sandwiches. We’ll see. Overall a very nice experience. I will be back.
